You're probably not done, although I kinda feel you. I've been the same size for awhile and I'm 17 so I might be done. But I also hear your chest doesn't stop growing till you're a full adult, or like early 20s.Answer #3:
It's very possible that you are still not yet finished developing.Relax! Beauty really truly does come in all shapes and sizes, and if you reach full maturity well into your adulthood and are still very unhappy with your shape- there are always great plastic surgeon!

Don't worry too much... I'm 14, had been a 34A since I was 10, then just recently I grew almost a full cup size!Even if you don't grow, small boobs are in!
